Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days. Overseas orders may take slightly longer to arrive so please allow 14-21 days. If an item is unavailable or out of stock we will contact you immediately and advise you when we will have it back in stock and offer you a full refund should you not wish to wait.
All UK orders are sent 1st class post by Royal Mail. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard.
Please note, International orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue.
We will refund outbound shipping costs for any returned items. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you return something to us we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
All of our prints are made or finished by hand, sometimes they may vary slightly from the images shown online and colours may vary. Please check dimensions that we have indicated carefully as the size may not always be clear from the images.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and adhere to GDPR legislation. When you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. Payments on our site are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
